The Art of Living and Sri Sri University:

The Art of Living is an International Voluntary and charitable Organization founded by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishankar in the year 1981. Its international headquarter is situated at Bangalore, India. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidya Mandir Trust is a sister organization of Art of Living foundation founded in the year 1999. It aims to provide a complete education with holistic, stress free and friendly environment. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidya Mandir consists of 54 Bal Mandirs, 46 Vidya Mandirs, 8 colleges and 2 free schools in India. Other than Sri Sri University, Sri Sri Ravishankar Pre University College at Bangalore, Sri Sri Institute of Ayurvedic Science and Research at Bangalore, Sri Sri Centre for Media Studies at Bangalore, Sri Sri Institute of Management Studies at Goa, and Sri Sri Centre for Fine Arts and Performing Arts are major projects of Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir Trust.

Sri Sri University at Odisha:

On 18th December 2006, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Sri Sri Vidya Mandir Trust and Government of Orissa. Sri Sri University is located at Bidyadharpur of Cuttack on a land of 189 acres nearby the River Kathjodi. The University is a combination science and spirituality; which will train in traditional and modern sciences, along with economics, entrepreneurship, public policy, journalism, and many more.

Congregation of Learn-Lead-Serve philosophy, it aims to impart value-added, holistic teaching which will possess a vital role in the social and economical development of the country.
